Notes & Takes

"Taken over by Geoff Gannon and Andrew Kuhn of Focused Compounding in 2024 via a proxy fight. They kicked out the old management team and board. Their fund now owns approximately 40% of the company.

The Georgia safari park is profitable but with traffic down 10% in 2025. Both Missouri and Texas improved their traffic and profitability levels in 2025.

At todays price of $39.50 or a market cap of $29 million I find the company to be more than fully valued. I expect net income to be in the range of $1.1 to $1.3 million in F2026."
